Request Approval of Interlocal Agreement between Lake County and the City of Mount Dora for Use of Lake County Library Impact Fees for Manga Collection


3. Request Approval of the Fourth Amendment to the Solid Waste Agreement between the City of Mount Dora and Waste Management Inc. of Florida


4. Request Approval of Amendment to the Solar Power Sales Contract with Florida Municipal Power Agency and the City of Mount Dora


5. Request Approval of Meeting Minutes

ACTION ITEMS

1. Request Approval of Amendment 4 to the Lease Agreement between Nickmax Properties, LLC, and the City of Mount Dora for the Robie Street Property. This passed 7-0.


2. Approval of Amendment 3 to the Professional Services Agreement between the City of Mount Dora and ADG for Public Works Facility Phase 2 Design and Engineering Services. This passed 7-0.


3. Request Adoption of Resolution No. 2023-02, Budget Amendment for WWTP #1 Repairs and Approval of Task Authorization/GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price) for WWTP# 1 Repairs (Faden Builders). This passed 7-0.


4. Request Approval of Task Authorization/GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price) for Pickleball Courts at Summerview Park (Faden). This passed 7-0.


CITY MANAGER'S REPORT - City Engineer George Marek has been promoted to Public Works Director.


CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT - Attorney Sutphen reported that in an effort to help prevent government entities from falling victim to malware type attacks the State Legislature passed House Bill 7057. HB 7057, effective July 1, 2022, allows for certain public record and public meeting exemptions related to information technology critical infrastructure.
