Board Appointments
- Appointments to the Lake County Library Advisory Board. City Council is asked to approve the appointments of Cathy Gillespie and William Lowery.

- Request Approval of Meeting Minutes

Action Items
- Resolution 2022-09, Face Covering Recommendation. Due to the Omicron Variant of COVID-19, Council is being asked to approve a Resolution recommending face coverings be worn when indoors if unable to socially distance.
Public Hearings
- Approval of First Reading of Ordinance 2022-03, Building Height Moratorium. This Ordinance pertains to a moratorium for one year on the processing of any petition, application or request for a development order, variance, Planned Unit Development or Land Development Code Amendment which proposes to allow for a change in the existing building or other structure height limitation of 35 feet in all Zoning Districts in the Historic Preservation District of the City of Mount Dora and of 25 feet within 100 feet of Lake Dora.

Community Redevelopment Agency Board Immediately following Regular City Council Meeting
City Council will reconvene as the CRA Governing Board
Consent Agenda
- Request approval of Task Authorization with CPH, Inc. for preparation of construction documents for streetscape repairs and enhancements. The scope of this task includes Civil Engineering, Survey, and Electrical Engineering Services for preparation of construction documents to modify existing landscape islands and raised electrical boxes located within the existing completed Downtown Streetscape Improvements Area. Cost for this service is $91,260.00 and is funded with CRA (Community Redevelopment Agency) funds. Actual cost of repairs and enhancements is estimated to be $210,000.
- Request approval of Commercial Visual Improvement Program (CVIP) Grant Agreement for 930 N. Donnelly St. The owner of this property has applied for a matching grant for $4,113.39 to enhance the overall appearance of the property. The owner will spend at least $8,226.78 on landscaping improvements.
