PRESENTATIONS

1. Mount Dora Fun Fact - A short history on governmental budgeting was provided. Fascinating.

CONSENT AGENDA - Item #2 was pulled and moved to Action Item #4. The Consent Agenda passed unanimously.

1. Interlocal Agreement Related to Distribution of Tax Deed Overbid Funds.

2. Request Approval of Patrick C. Comiskey Resignation Agreement. This item was added after the original agenda was published. See Action Item #4 below.

PUBLIC HEARINGS - RESOLUTIONS/ORDINANCES

1. Request Adoption of Resolution No. 2024-06 to Request Inclusion of Wolf Branch Creek and Wolf Branch Sink on Florida's Critical Wetlands List. This passed 7-0.

2. Request Approval of Resolution No. 2024-07 to establish an Electric Vehicle Rate Structure for charging stations owned and operated by the City. This passed 7-0.

3. Request approval of First Reading of Ordinance No. 2024-06, Amendment to Section 42-203 Mount Dora Code of Ordinances Operator of a Golf Cart Minimum Driver's Age; and discussion on optional 4th Avenue Pedestrian Mall conversion. This passed 7-0. Consensus was also given to staff to create a draft resolution to come back to Council for vote to allow motorcycle and golf cart parking in the 4th Avenue Pedestrian Mall.

4. Request Approval of Patrick C. Comiskey Resignation Agreement. This item was added after the original agenda was published. This passed 5-2 (Councilmembers Cataldo and Dawson voted against).
